We are offering the following Partnership Programs:
- Wholesaler/Distributor
As a Wholesale/Distributor, if you can meet our minimum wholesale order quantities, then you can offer our products as part of your catalog to your customers, on your own terms through any means of sales and marketing available to you. In order to purchase directly from Maxim and re-sell our products to your retail accounts, please contact us at sales@maximhygiene.com for further information.
- Importer/Exporter
Do you have access to any accounts overseas and/or in your own country and looking for the best Organic Feminine Care products to offer them? We are offering you very special and competitive pricing. We will also respect the exclusivity of your accounts in your region. As our Import/Export agent, you can arrange with your Freight Forwarder to pick up your orders from our Distribution Facility and ship them to your destination out of the United States. - Re-Packers
As a Re-Packer, we will ship our products to your warehouse or facility and you can change the casing or packaging and resell them at any place inside or outside United States. By changing our packaging, it will be your own responsibility to apply for any necessary certifications and approvals to resell these products. - Online Store
If you would like to carry Maxim brand products at your Online Store, you can buy them at our standard Wholesale prices and sell them at your own terms, condition and pricing. we will ship our products to your facility and you will sell our products as part of your product list on your own terms through your online store. - Drop Ship
As a Drop Shipper, you are doing your own business completely independent of ours. You will promote and sell our products on your own websites or through any other means of sales and marketing available to you without even mentioning our name or function. You just pick up the orders from your customers and sell our products, bill your customers and collect the payments. We will ship your orders under your company’s name and with your billing documents. This way your customers never know anything about us in the chain of your business. It is your own business and you run it the way that you like it. We do not get involved with your customers expect shipping and handling of your orders to them. - Manufacturer's Sales Rep or Brokers
As a Sales Rep or Broker, you are doing your own business completely independent of ours. If you are willing to introduce our products as part of your catalog to your clients through your own sales force or any other means of sales and marketing available to you, then we can exclusively assign a territory based on your contacts and marketing strength. You will just pick up the orders from your accounts (viable customers in your territory) for our products. We will approve your accounts, ship them your orders, bill your customers and collect their payments. We are taking care of the billing and collection of the payments from your accounts. If your accounts place any orders directly with us, it will be considered as it has been received from you and it will be considered as yours for commission. - Retail Stores
As a Retail Store, you are doing your own retail business completely independent of ours and selling our products. If you can meet our minimum order volumes, then you can place your orders directly with us, or you have the choice to purchase our products from many of our distributors nationwide. Your orders will be shipped to your facility either by us or by our distributors.
- Private Label Program/Outsourcing
Thinking of creating your own brand similar to Maxim’s existing packaging made with the same Organic or Natural qualities as Maxim? We have extensive experience in developing Private Label programs for other brands. If you have enough quantities (minimum of 25,000 packages per each SKU) and willing to create your own brand, then you can contact us at sales@maximhygiene.com for more detailed information.
